Welcome to the Imperial County Local Transportation Authority (ICLTA) website. The ICLTA is a regional agency for Imperial County that administers the half-cent sales tax known as Measure D. The Board is committed to improving our transportation system and regional economy by investing funding in infrastructure and providing our residents and businesses easier access to jobs, schools, shopping, essential community services, and our trade and transportation of goods and services throughout our region. To achieve our commitment, the Board works with each of the cities and the county to plan for and fund projects and services, and manage a wide range of programs and activities designed to keep Imperial County moving and improve our quality of life.
